- DIC 1.0 marked the inaugural edition of the Defence Innovation Challenge, bringing together startups from across India to showcase cutting-edge technologies directly to key defence stakeholders. Organized under the aegis of KIIF, the event served as a dynamic platform for fostering collaboration between the defence sector and emerging innovators. The challenge enabled live demonstrations, in-person interactions with senior officials from various commands, and real-time feedback—paving the way for pilot opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business conversion.
